Vishwanath handled my sister’s wedding decorations like a true professional. Everything was on time and I was so surprised to see everything in place before I even asked. He coordinated with me throughout the engagement and wedding ceremony flawlessly. If you need an event planner in Hubli/Dharwad for any events I highly recommend Vihang.

BEST EXPERIENCE...We recently took their service in my sisters wedding. You can just handover all the assigned responsibilities with a complete trust. The team will deliver the promised services very promptly at appropriate timings. You can just enjoy the event completely. The coordination from the team is simply superb. I found it very worthy of and recommend to anyone who wishes to enjoy the event.

I am just searching for all superlative words present in the dictionary! Vishwanath Bhandari is a “Perfectionist”, the day when we called him to provide a quote for an event (my daughter’s 5th Birthday)…while we started the discussion he was all ears and patiently explained us each & every aspect of the services provided. A great event providing company I have ever come across: 1) Great sound system 2) Ask for the Cake, you will get the best one 3) Mascots and Magician are very professional and fun 4) Stage decoration and management of the whole event is class apart 5) Excellent Cinematic videography and professional photography.

This is the first event I had organized, a surprise party for my husband.Admist all the things which kept cropping up during the course of the event, vishwa kept saying only thing throughout, don't worry I'll handle it and true to this words, he did it handle it, even the last minute changes due to unexpected rains. The guests were very happy with the event. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Vishwa and his team for making it special for all of us

Don't think much, they are reliable and also have patience to listen to us. I enquired just one day before for a bday event for my sister and when I reached out to them, they were happy to do it though last min, understood my requirements and ensured to deliver the service on time with no hassles. They made the decoration so overwhelming for me than what I actually expected. The team members who came to provide service were also calm and made the decoration very perfect though a small space was given. The birthday was made special for my sister with the cakes and her favourite food but trust me the decoration was like icing on the cake. It stole the entire events eyes. Thank you guys and wish you good luck for upcoming events.

My baby girl's 1st bday was arranged by vihang team, it was perfectly arranged. they have a very supportive crew, decoration was really gud. Photography team was amazing n creative. "We had booked Vihang events for stage decoration for engagement ceremony. We did not have to follow up on any of our requirements discussed from our initial conversation. Mr. Vishwanath Bhandari is very professional and proactive in gathering all required details, analysing the venue and suggesting changes as per venue. He also suggested and coordinated to provide a cake for the occasion. One person was available throughout the ceremony to ensure the table for cake was setup on time. We would highly recommend him for making your events memorable.!"
